Return Policy

Physical Products
We accept returns and offer refunds on eligible physical items within 15 days of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be in the original packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
To start a return:
Please email us at caroladamscreations@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions if your item is eligible.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be process and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Digital Products
All digital products, including downloads, printables and digital files, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your files or believe there’s an issue with your download, please reach out to us at caroladamscreations@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
